Worst refund experience ever
Worst refund experience ever. I've had to wait so long to receive my refund that I'm starting to question whether I'll ever even recieve it. I have been emailing customer service every day and all they told me was they cannot do anything about it. I have never had to wait this long for a refund in my life and I will never be ordering from this company again.

2 months later still no refund,despite several phone calls to them chasing this up.No explanation provided by them to say why this is taking so long.This refund is for a substantial amount and I am left feeling doubtful that I will ever see this money returned.I will never use this company again.AVOID !!!

Poor customer service
Returned a product which shows as received by Guess on my tracking information. When i contacted Guess to question why i had not received the refund i was told that the return was still in transit and can take between 6-8 weeks to reach the warehouse! That is unacceptable and is not detailed anywhere on their website. Why does my tracking show that it has been received by Guess, yet their customer service advises it can take up to 2 months to be received and a further 14 days to be refunded. I will never use this company again and wish i had read the reviews first!

Terrible Returns service
Such a terrible returns service and I see I am not alone
Took 3 tries and several phone calls to even get a bar code that worked
My return was delivered on 17th May and I still have no refund
I would never use this company again - either in store or online

I ordered an item with express delivery (£16) and this was delivered to the wrong address. I specifically updated my delivery instructions before it was out for delivery to "post in MY letterbox", but it was posted through the letterbox of the wrong house. This meant I was unable to get my parcel until days later, at which point it had passed the 1-2 express delivery time.
I asked for a partial refund of the delivery fee as overall I was still happy with the item (even though I didn't get the wear it to the event I bought it for).
Customer service insisted it was delivered to me within the correct time frame - even when I shared the delivery photo left by the driver, showing the wrong door number/address. No apology for the delivery mistake, no acknowledgment of it. This is one of the poorest customer service experiences I have come across and would not recommend purchasing from GUESS at all.

DO NOT USE!!!
I returned goods on 13/5. I’ve contacted SEVERAL times and each time they’ve confirmed that they’ve received the goods at their hub on 16/5. It’s now 6/6 and they’re STILL saying they’ve not received in their warehouse to “inspect the goods”!! I just wish I’d read these reviews beforehand but like so many others I just assumed that a global company like this wouldn’t be an issue. I’m really hoping that Klarna will help me with this situation, not least because of value of goods returned. Absolutely appalling service!

Bad Customer Service
My house number was not informed in my shipment, even though I did it.
I called customer service, and now I have to wait for my order to return to their warehouse and wait 14 days to receive a refund for an order I never received.
This is ridiculous. I spent a lot of time looking exactly for what I wanted, and now they can't even correct their own mistake. What a disappointment with this Brand.
At least my money should be refunded immediately so I can buy somewhere else.
Worried after reviews but very happy with order
I had put my order in and then read these reviews and was really worried. However my item was shipped the following day and delivered within the time frame. The product is as described. Will be ordering again.

Worst customer service, I've ever had....
Like many of the previous people that have submitted a review, I'm telling people not to bother ordering from Guess.
You don't expect service like this from a global company.
The service is the poorest I've had from any company.
I ordered something 2 weeks ago, and it was, supposedly, despatched the next day.
I've checked the tracking with DHL every day, and they are saying they haven't received it yet.
So, I've sent two emails requesting an update. Other than the standard template email that they will get back to me. I've heard nothing.
I just wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

Terrible Returns Service
The order came from their Italian warehouse within a reasonable timescale. I sent my returns back the next day on 13th April using their return label (via Evri). On 27th April I hadn't heard anything and the tracking only showed it had been received on 13th April at their UK Hub. Customer Services advised that it was taking 6-8 weeks for returns from the UK to reach their Italian warehouse, then after quality checks were carried out, a refund would take up to 14 days to reach my account!! Totally unacceptable! I checked on Trust Pilot and read all the terrible reviews about the returns service and wished I'd read them before I ordered, I just didn't think I needed to check a company like Guess. After a holiday (ironically to Italy) and some though, I realised I'd paid via Paypal. I raised an issue through them yesterday evening (8th May) and early on 9th May I had confirmation that a refund for the full £255 had been issued. Such a relief! Thank goodness for Paypal being so efficient, otherwise who knows how long I'd have been waiting.
I won't be ordering from Guess again and out of principle, won't be buying from their retail outlets either. Awful service.

Poor quality, frustrated and disappointed
Items are expensive but poor quality. I bought a leather jacket in guess store. Few years later, I saw the leather was peeling off. I was disappointed and frustrated to see that as I paid £300 for the jacket. Guess items are scams.. Be careful what you buy there..

Awful awful service just no!
Like a previous user I wish I had read the reviews on here also. I ordered a phone case on the 6th March, it was dispatched on the 7th with DHL. The tracking advised it would arrive on the 14th, the 14th came at which point the tracking advised a delay and asked me to reschedule the delivery so I did for the 19th, this came and nothing turned up. I left it a another week and still nothing. Emailed customer services they did reply and said they would investigate, finally decided it was lost and got me to fill out the DHL lost parcel form. Another week went by still no refund. It is now over a month since the parcel went missing and I still have no refund. Every time I email I just get a generic reply to say it has gone to finance for the refund.
I think its safe to say I can forget about ever getting my money back. No wonder TKMaxx is filled with Guess stuff they no one wants to buy it from them.
